About Katrina A. Zagroba-Kamal

 

Katrina holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood & Special Education and has served students across Pre-K through 1st grade, including general education, bilingual learning environments, and special education settings. She has been rated Highly Effective for instructional quality, parent engagement, and classroom management.

Her teaching practice emphasizes evidence-based literacy instruction, including Science of Reading foundations, as well as differentiated support for diverse learners. She integrates curriculum standards and frameworks such as Florida and New York State Standards, Cambridge Curriculum, WIDA, anda Fountas & Pinnell benchmarks to guide instruction and monitor growth.
